A six-year-old boy has been suspended from a school in Colorado for kissing a girl on the cheek, according to the Daily Mail.

The incident breached the school's policy on sexual harassment.

"This is taking it to an extreme that doesn't need to be met with a six year old," said the student's mother.

It is the second time the student has been suspended for kissing the same girl, who according to the mother did not object to it.

"She was fine with it, they are “boyfriend and girlfriend,” she said. ‘'The other children saw it and went to the music teacher."
