NSW school cleaner refused bail over indecent assault charges

31/10/13

A school cleaner was refused bailed in Sutherland Local Court after being charged on six charges of indecently assaulting a persons under 16 years of age, the Daily Telegraph has reported.

The paper reported that the 60-year-old has been accused of assaulting a 10-year-old boy and two 11-year-old boys on school grounds. The man allegedly slapped the boys on the bottom, slapped one boy on the thigh and swiped his hand over another boy's penis, according to the court documents.

The last, and "most serious", alleged attack occurred when an 11-year-old was touched on the penis, the court heard.
